ESSENTIALS

Functional exercise classes designed to promote joint health, posture, flexibility and balance.  These classes will give you a better understanding of how your body works.  Release years of pain and tension using therapeutic exercise programming and various stretch/strengthening techniques.  These classes are safe for persons who are recovering from muscle or joint injury.


CIRCUIT

These movement classes offer the three major components of modern exercise programming: cardio, strength and flexibility in the same session.  These classes will motivate and inspire you to new levels of fitness, strength and coordination by challenging the body's systems and testing your physical and mental stamina.


BLAZE CONDITIONING

If you like it hot our BLAZE class formats offer vigorous movements, routines and drills that may include dance, martial arts, gymnastics, athletic and plyometric conditioning for a blast of aerobic intensity high enough to keep you burning calories well after the class is over.
